email or fax us the style numbers you are interested in and we will respond with prices.

For new wholesale customers, please either fax or mail a copy of your Resale Tax I.D. certificate.

To avoid conflicts with our existing accounts, please provide the address of your store.

All opening wholesale orders are shipped Prepay.
We accept all major Credit cards.
We will extend terms on reorders for U.S. accounts upon approval of credit references.
